The Turning Point is a non-profit outreach ministry that was organized in 1986. It has a Christian home for men to aid then with alcohol and substance abuse problems. John Williams, director, may be reached at 581-3352. The ministry also operates an emergency food pantry and The Dove’s Nest Thrift Store located at 105 Cotton St. in Chester.
