The first ever “Latino Health Disparities Community Forum”
The first ever “Latino Health Disparities Community Forum” took place in Columbia SC! on July 26th, 2012. This event was the result of years of hard work and commitment, organized by the Consortium for Latino Immigration Studies, Puentes Project, the Institute for Partnerships to Eliminate Health Disparities, SC Appleseed Legal Justice Center and the collaboration of St. Peters Catholic Church. The forum addressed concerns and questions expressed by the members of the Latino community. Thanks to those community partners present for your participation!
