Ogletree Deakins donates 370 bilingual books to PASOs because of our positive work with the immigrant community

A Columbia, SC law firm, Ogletree Deakins, donated 370 books to PASOs for our Connections for Child Development Program. In response to the inspiration for the donation, Managing Shareholder, Kathy Helms, says “This is the 40th year anniversary of the founding of Ogletree Deakins. Our firm decided that one of the best ways to celebrate this accomplishment was to give back to communities where we are located across the globe. The Columbia office has taken on a year of service projects, and with the state’s largest business immigration practice, we wanted to be sure to do something that was positive in the international community.”

The books were distributed between the Midlands, Tri-County Area, Beaufort and Jasper, and Spartanburg sites. PASOs is incredibly grateful for this amazing donation. To learn more about our Connections for Child Development Program, click here.
