PASOs Builds Strong and Healthy Families through a New Educational Approach
Beginning in January 2013, PASOs will offer a new series of topic-based educational workshops and health outreach. Each month, our community-based education will focus on a different topic that will help Latina women and their families be strong and healthy.

PASOs for Parents holds its graduation at the EdVenture Children’s Museum.
On the day of our last workshop for parents with the Saint John Neumann school group in Richland County, we met at EdVenture Children’s Museum. It was also the closing workshop where 11 people received the PASOs for Parents graduation certificate for completing the program based on the “Nurturing Parent” curriculum.

The Lipscomb Family Foundation awards grant for parent leadership
The Lipscomb Family Foundation has awarded PASOs a grant to train a group of parent leaders who will prevent child abuse and teach positive parenting skills.
