Lowcountry (Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton)
PASOs empezó en el condado de Beaufort el año 2009, gracias al colaborativo de agencias y organizaciones locales “Together for Beaufort County-Adequacy of Prenatal Care Coalition”, financiado por “March of Dimes”. Dos años más tarde nos expandimos al condado de Jasper y hoy, la afiliación con “Beaufort Jasper Hampton Comprehensive Health Services, Inc.” ha significado nuestra ampliación al condado de Hampton.
En el Lowcountry PASOs ofrece Conexiones para el Desarrollo Infantil y Conexiones de Salud de PASOs.

Pee Dee (Florence, Clarendon, Williamsburg)
The PASOs Pee Dee Site, covering Florence, Clarendon, and Williamsburg counties, began in October 2020 in collaboration with the South Carolina Agricultural Worker Health Program (SCAgWHP) and HopeHealth. PASOs Promotores in the Pee Dee support Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFW) by connecting them with health and social services, addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) and access to care, and ensuring workers and their families receive the primary healthcare services they need through contracts with the SCAgWHP.

Horry County
PASOs Horry County began in March 2021 in collaboration with Horry County First Steps. Trained on early childhood development, Promotores in Horry County facilitate the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) to determine if a child under five years old is at risk for developmental delays and provide families with referrals to early intervention specialists for further assessment and supports, as needed. The Promotores also provide information and tools to parents about how to help children reach their developmental milestones, as well as early literacy and community resources so that young Latino children are well prepared for kindergarten. Promotores also connect local families with a variety of health and social services through the PASOs Health Connections Program.
Charleston Tri-County Area (Berkeley, Dorchester, Charleston)
PASOs empezó en los condados de Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley en el año 2010, a través de una colaboración con el Colegio de Enfermería de la Universidad Médica de Carolina del Sur. El programa es parte de la Iniciativa de salud hispana.

Midlands (Richland, Lexington, Saluda, Greenwood)
La oficina de PASOs en el Midlands, la cual cubre los condados de Richland, Lexington, Saluda y Greenwood, fue el sitio original de PASOs fundado en el año 2005, en el antiguo Hospital Palmetto Health Richland y patrocinada por una beca comunitaria otorgada por la organización “March of Dimes”. Hoy en día la oficina está afiliada a la Escuela de Salud Publica Arnold de la UofSC y a First Steps del Condado de Lexington.

Greenville
PASOs in Greenville began in 2009 through a partnership between the University of South Carolina and Prisma Health Upstate, formerly Greenville Health System (GHS). The Program Coordinator is strategically partnered with various departments within Prisma Health, including the OBGYN Center, the Center for Pediatric Medicine and the Accountable Communities Initiative.
