The Center for Community Health Alignment is looking for a Program Manager to work closely with CCHA leadership and the Envision Equitable Healthy Communities Community Health Workers (CHW) Training and Technical Assistance Center (The Envision Center). The Envision Program Manager will serve as a lead project point of contact, coordinating individualized and group-based technical assistance to Covid Response and Resilient Communities (CCR) 2109 grantees related to effective, equitable implementation and development of CHW programs and strategies. In this role, the Program Manager will ensure high quality, effective technical assistance  provision, and accountability for grant deliverables.

The Envision Program Manager will lead and provide technical assistance for a team of 3 remote Community Health Worker Coaches. This position will work closely with both the Center for Community Health Alignment (CCHA) and the Envision Equitable Healthy Communities Community Health Workers Training and Technical Assistance Center (Envision Center). This Manager will monitor and ensure accountability for all COVID Response and Resilient Communities (CCR) 2109 grant deliverables.

Training Specialist
Description: The CHWI Training Specialist plays a critical role in the CCHA team by facilitating high quality professional development experiences for CHWs and other community health stakeholders throughout the state of South Carolina and beyond. The training specialist would be integral in providing individualized support and supplemental coaching based on the observed needs of training participants.
In addition to organizational skills, writing skills, communication skills, proficiency in technology use (including virtual communication/meeting platforms, Microsoft programs, and outlook), and experience as a community health worker special emphasis will be placed on ability to use a strengths based approach to coaching and supporting other professionals engaged in community work.
Successful applicants must have experience in facilitating and developing training rooted in adult learning principles, working in community-based public health programs, and managing multiple projects independently.

Requisitos mínimos: Título de maestría o licenciatura y 2 años de experiencia en programas relacionados. Experiencia en planificación de programas, instrucción/educación de adultos, sistemas de evaluación y datos, servicio al cliente y/o compromiso con la comunidad.
Requisitos preferidos: Habilidades verbales y escritas bilingües inglés/español preferidas. Rango salarial: $34,331 – $42,000

Evaluations and Quality Coordinator: Central Office

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Evaluations and Quality Coordinator continuously develops and improves systems to enhance organizational ability to demonstrate outcomes and enrich quality of services through data analysis and research projects. This position will monitor PASOs day-to-day activity and compliance through Social Solutions Apricot data management system & coordinate peer-reviewed journal articles by providing needed and relevant data from Apricot and other available resources.

Debe ser bilingüe/bi-cultural en inglés y español. Experiencia trabajando con la comunidad latina.

Requisitos preferidos: Educación para la salud, promoción de la salud o un campo estrechamente relacionado como la psicología, la biología del trabajo social, la sociología, la educación o la educación física. Habilidades efectivas de comunicación oral y escrita. Capacidad para involucrar a pequeños grupos en procesos de aprendizaje. Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar de forma cooperativa con grupos diversos. Con gran motivación y con fuerte capacidad para trabajar proactivamente de forma independiente y en equipo. Conocimiento de los principios, las prácticas y las teorías de la divulgación, la promoción de la salud y la educación.

Community Health Worker: Greenwood-Saluda
Promotor de Salud is the Spanish term for Community Health Worker (CHW/Promotores) and is someone who promotes health, provides resource navigation and outreach in their own community by providing leadership, health education and referrals to care. Promotores (men) and Promotoras (women) understand the same culture and speak the same language as the people they serve. They are culturally-competent health educators who link people to health and human resources, encourage peers to seek care, empower community members, and promote healthy habits.
Community Health Workers will spread culturally appropriate health messages in their communities and assist those they serve in navigating systems related to health, legal, and other social service resources.
The CHW will be responsible for achieving the PASOs Health Connections and WIC programs goals assigned for the region.
